The Law specifies the provisions of the Law "On Agricultural Advisory Activity" as to the respective services, register of advisory services, professional training of advisors and expert-advisors on the respective issues.
In particular, the effective Law is supplemented with the principles, whereby the agricultural advisory service is defined as a structural subdivision of the agricultural education establishment or a scientific-research institution.
The document regulates cancellation of the certificates.
Moreover, professional training of advisors and expert-advisors is held at least once in five years and is financed under the governmental order.
